The Florida Association of County Agriculture Agents Educational Foundation

We are pleased to announce that after many years of fundraising and hardwork on the part of all members, the FACAA Educational Foundation is now accepting applications for scholarship awards from eligible members.  Aproximately $5000 will be available for scholarships of up to $500 each during the initial application year.  Applications are due by midnight April 17, 2009 to committee chairman Mike Sweat.

Application Guidelines and Selection Criteria

Interested in donating to the FACAA Educational Foundation Scholarship Fund? Here's How:

  1. Make check payable to the University of Florida Foundation, or UFF.
  2. Enclose a note stating that you want the funds deposited into the Florida Association of County Agricultural Agents Educational Scholarship Fund #13135, or state on the remarks section of the check.
  3. Mail checks to:

Donors will receive a SHARE receipt from the Foundation once it is processed.

The donor is responsible for emailing or faxing a copy of the SHARE receipt to the FACAA treasurer, Richard Tyson (407) 665-5563 fax.  Individuals who donate $100 or more are eligible to be considered for scholarship funding.

Applying for a Scholarship? You must be a paid member of FACAA and contributed a total of $100 to the FACAA Educational Scholarship Fund.
